Introduction CSM is prepared to manage all membership services for the Client and work with the Executive Council and appropriate committees to develop new programs and services. CSM will develop membership marketing programs to increase member participation and retention, and to attract new members. CSM will also bill for and collect dues. CSM will promote member participation in the Client's activities. CSM will coordinate and assist with the development of education programs and seminars for members. At the direction of the Board of Directors, CSM will conduct surveys and studies of the members. |
