Membership Management

Introduction

CSM is prepared to manage all membership services for the Client and work with the Executive Council and appropriate committees to develop new programs and services. CSM will develop membership marketing programs to increase member participation and retention, and to attract new members. CSM will also bill for and collect dues. CSM will promote member participation in the Client's activities. CSM will coordinate and assist with the development of education programs and seminars for members. At the direction of the Board of Directors, CSM will conduct surveys and studies of the members.

Services

On an ongoing basis, Crow-Segal Management is prepared to:

  • Maintain computerized mailing lists, rosters, and demographic information, and make updates promptly;
  • Produce the annual membership directory as part of the program booklet, including all information required by the Client;
  • Provide marketing support for identifying and providing membership information and applications to potential members;
  • Assist in the processing of new member applications and distribute to the members of the Board of Directors as required by the bylaws;
  • Provide an information source for members regarding the Client's activities;
  • Maintain records relative to termination and resignation of members;
  • Provide necessary materials for new member orientation.
